How to roll
Pick a die from the list (d4 through d100), set how many to roll, then choose a modifier with +, −, ×, or ÷ if you need one. Hit Roll—the big number is your answer. Prefer typing? Use the custom field with classic notation like 2d6+3 or 4d8×2.
Table uses beyond “roll a d20”
- Skill checks: pick 1d20, tap +, enter your bonus, roll.
- Damage packs: set count to 2–4 on a d6 or d8, add a flat bonus if the weapon has one.
- Advantage / disadvantage: roll twice and keep high or low yourself—the breakdown shows each face.
- Weird systems: type custom sizes in the freeform box (1d3, 3d12+2, 1d100÷2).
- Keep physical dice for ceremony; use this when a die is missing or remote players need a shared roll.
About this dice roller
Digital dice won't replace the clatter of real sets, but they will save a session when your d20 rolls under the couch into another dimension. Pick a die from the list, set a modifier if you need one, and roll—the answer is the total.

What does the output show?

Is browser randomness fair enough for games?
For casual play and prep, yes—it uses the browser’s random number generator. For high-stakes organized play with strict tool rules, follow your organizer’s policy.
